1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. 

We will notify you via email if there are significant delays in fulfilling your order.

2. International Shipping

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

International orders are subject to customs clearance, import duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country, all of which are the sole responsibility of the customer.

International Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time for international orders is 5-30 business days after shipment, depending on the destination country and customs processing speed. Delivery delays caused by customs inspections are beyond our control.

Shipping Fees

International shipping fees vary by destination, package weight, and shipping method, and will be calculated and shown at checkout.

We may offer free standard shipping for orders over 200 USD as a promotional benefit.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipment confirmation email with a unique tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your package through the carrier’s official website within 24 hours of shipment.

5. Lost, Damaged or Missing Packages

• Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your local postal service or neighbors. If the package is confirmed lost during transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

• Damaged Packages: If you receive a damaged item, please take clear photos of the damaged product and original packaging, and contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will resolve the issue through replacement, refund, or other suitable solutions after verification.

ARCcc is not liable for shipping delays, losses, or damages caused by force majeure, incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, or carrier negligence.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to restricted regions or countries prohibited by international trade regulations. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders to unsupported destinations without prior notice.
